ok i wanna make a log file of an specified process in an x intervals to see how much cpu percentage it use. i tried performance monitor of admin tools but no counter for that. any idea? even a third party software? thanks

ok there is this lg notebook that we just bought.when i want to enable the bluetooth i get this error : "your bluetooth software license does not include use with this bluetooth device [6] " i tried contacting lg costumer service but no luck. anyone knows what that error means? thanks.

ok i had alchohol 120 and made 4 drive with it,and then i updated the alchohol and in the new version there was no virtual drive so i made another 3 drives.but when i browse my mycomputer i see 7 drives and 4 of them are from the previous version.i cant uninstall them through device manager. anyone knows how to? thanks.

ok i read all youre openions.about the psu i agree with you,but about the cost diffrence between 6600 sli and 6800 or even 7800 i gotta tell you somethin. of course 7800 is so so so much better than 6600 gt sli according to the benchmarks but this is our problem in here(iran).we cant use credit cards to buy from internet ,most of the shopping sites dont even support iran. and about the prices,here they are a little unusual,actualy i bought the second 6600 and each one only for about 100$ it means 200$ for both(pixelview 6600 256 le),and at the same time 6800(not gt) will cost me about 370$.so i think you all got the point. ok now that im using the sli there is a problem,my secnt graphic card is very very close to my asus tv card and its temprature is 10 degree more than the first one.will this make any problem for me? thank you all.

ok i opened my case at last,the biggest chip on the modem have this note on it: CONEXANT RS56/SP-PCI R6793-11 E28992.1 0020 MEXICO and there were a white little big thing with this: MX38262 0017 any help? thanks.

i think xp pro 64 is better,the only problem is lack of driver and software for this windows.

ok i know this may not be the place for this but... my kaspersky just found a virus named hidrag in my SVCHOST.EXE so i tried to gather info about that virus and here is what kaspersky showed: http://www.viruslist.com/en/viruses/encycl...a?virusid=20627 and the removal suggestion from symantec http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcen.../w32.jeefo.html and the mcafee was both the same: "DELETE INFECTED FILES". ok i tried to do that but guess what there were 550 files infected and i really cant loose those files. please if anyone can help me or know how can i just disinfect the virus from my files. thanks.

ok i got my pc upgraded last month to K8N PRO SLI & pixelview 6600.and now i wanna buy a new 6600. i just wanted to know if there is any problem cause ive been using this one for about 2 month and the other one will be new. does brands matter(pixelview,leadtek...). anything i should know or keep in mind before doing this? thanks.

actualy it doesnt have any name on it but i think it was rockwell 56k internal modem and in xp it always knows it as "softv90 voice speakerphone modem". any help please thanks

itried scanning through right-click>properties>tools with all options and it said it will scan in next start-up and still it wont go away. i will try that command symbiosys. edit: ok i tried the chkntfs /d in command line and it still goes on. any help out here? thanks.

no, i let it finish it scans about 2 or 3 times but still it shows up

my pc was not shut down normaly so when i turned it on it scans the disk for errors but the problem is that it wont go away,it scans the system everytime it starts.and there is nothing in my startup(msconfig). thankd. Title Edited - Please follow new posting rules from now on. --Zxian

note:sorry for reposting here(admins). i wanted to know if this is possible to create a list as favorite from profiles in performace tab of nvidia graphic driver and then use some kinda tray icon to cicle between these profiles. cause as you know it does matter that which profile is active. every time that i wanna load a game i have to go through menus and select my profile. i think this will be handy. thanks.

actualy i didnt install any driver ,windows automaticly detected it and i just diagnosed it and it looked fine. my modem is old (56k conexant) and i dont think that any driver will be avaliable for it even for xp pro . in xp pro it jusy shows SOFT V90 ... .
