well it seems your interested in troubleshooting and network administration.. stuff like troubleshooting would be more of doing your basic (not sure if you have this as i dont know whats for all countries) Certificate II Information Technology which covers the basics, use of Microsoft Office like databases, word processing, desktop publishing etc.. Then from there, you should have a choice of Certificate III Information Technology(PC Support) which is troubleshooting.. also if your interested in fixing computers as well, highly recommended you would study for your A+ Certification which is to do mainly with the In's and Out's of components of computers and puting them together properly.. that certificate is world recognized which means you could work anywhere in the world with that qualification... For network adminstration, theres probably two well known things you could do, theres your basic adminstration of a simple network on windows operating systems, so that would be doing courses Certificate II,III(Basic),IV (Network) and perhaps even a diploma of Information Tech.. or if you want to do what most big businesses run, that would be doing and study CISCO, which is very good and you can make a lot of money of that.. most of these things you can find simply googling the web on google.com to study but of course, if you want to be recognized you would need to go back to school .. really thats up to you.. have a think what you would realisticly like to do.. then that simply answers your own question.. i hope i helped in some way
