@ ZoSTeR that map. Thanks for the tip. Will try it. i mean folder... the folder called quicklaunch was corrupt. remove it and place a new folder solve that problem.
-
hmmm.... i dont like to do that all, which it can maybe destroy my system. i say it already before: before i split mij cmd in 2 parts it works. so i will create from 2 back to 1. and if that works. i leave it. why i disable the wpf by using the regtweak is because i use the hacked uxtheme to use unsigned themes. and it works.
-
the wfp disable i do with a regtweak: ;Disable Windows File Protection for using unofficial themes [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon] "SFCDisable"=dword:FFFFFF9D this is done before cleanup.cmd runs REGEDIT /S %systemdrive%\RegTweaks.reg ECHO. EXIT del /q /f is usefull information, but it always have worked before i split the cmd in 2 parts.... also when i click handmatically on it, it works. so i call this weird
-
it is really crazy, when i click handmatically on cleanup.cmd it works. when running this in unattendmode i see after all my backgroundpics and screensavers aren't deleted. it have work in the past. only thing that i have changed is split the mainbatch.cmd in 2 parts. mainbatch.cmd and cleanup.cmd cleanup.cmd have been run, i am sure because the map install, drivers and shortcuts are gone after the setup. see attach what could be the problem?

%userprofile% . please see my last post, i have edited it.... edit: ok, i see.... ( i have winrar and it is easy to install it silenty....)
-
move $Progs and $Docs to ($1 <-- wrong) $oem$ and you are gone.... but ermmm... why copy winzip? why not install? start /wait %systemdrive%\install\Applications\Winzip\wzip.exe /s and favorites you can run a copy command in CMD: xcopy /y /e %systemdrive%\install\favorites "%userprofile%\favorites"

Hotfixes For Windows XP Professional SP1
Solid as a rock replied to Aaron's topic in Unattended Windows 2000/XP/2003
No offense, but I don't see how I'm wrong. I said the name of the hotfix shouldn't have a difference, refering to the Q rather then KB. The type of hotfix however does matter. Second, it does work. I did it along time ago, but then I didn't keep including it as I never used it. Perhaps post a screenshot of the window? somewhere i have read yesterday someone have a problem with installing and the solution was the renaming from Q to KB..... on microsoft u will see it is called KB... so try it. then i have full rght to say alanoll was wrong -
When you do a search on the forum Boards, there's a screenful of parameters you can adjust, right?Well, look at the bottom-right corner for a radio-box option saying "Result Type". In that, change "Show results as topics" to "Show results as posts". And, gamehead seems to be accessing MSFN from another planet (just kidding )- just like DarkPhoenix here, I see no coloring of the search matches. ahh thanks!! and i have seen one time that colored match. i was really suprised!! but i never see it again.....

you can split the 40 gig to C: 10 and D: 30 or leave it 40. but true a 3 gig is to small, to slow (probally pio mode 3?) i recommend free sygate firewall and download the critical hoftixes and create a new XPcd with all hotfixes included. so u cant get a blaster or virus again.... to make a xpcd with all critical hotfixes and SP i recommend xpcreate
