ahh... it is? well i have problem delete the window media player.lnk and create a shortcut to winamp. so i thought if i install the quicklaunchbar before firstboot runs maybe it will works good because it dont exist at that moment i think. so i thought to use cmdlines.txt. but it looks cmdlines.txt is not running during setup....

i want to know how to enable this for ALL users? i have try it by using cmdlines.txt but it seems cmdlines.txt is not running during setup....?

in search i found nothing, USSF say: error, unknown format. during installation sygate firewall i noticed "Wise installation wizard", at http://unattended.msfn.org/index.htm i noticed wise installer must be installed with /s but if i do that i get a error: unknown parameter.... so do someone know the switch? i have try also /silent /S /s edit: wrong forum... move it to switches forum please

look at the first post. if there is a hotfix what is not listed then it is replaced or changed into other hotfixes or unneeded.... please note the first post last lines aaron write what is changed or replaced.... for example the 839643 also OPK/Dx9b (or lower) is unneeded by use the new redist 9.c because it replaced them all.....

i am suprised the new redist is 33 MB, the OPK is 11 MB. do someone known why?

is there someone who can manipulate the quicklaunchbar? it is enabled after the unattend setup but the window media player.lnk isnt deleted. also the winamp.lnk isnt created.....?

that error is gone.... the quicklaunchbar i cant say if it works because it dont run anymore at the firstboot. i have moved the regtweaks to cmdlines.txt and it looks the cmdlines.txt arent exuted during setup. cmdlines.txt always runs automatically without a command? right? i also see at the end of my firstboot a popup windows but it close too fast so i cant make a snapshot. it looks there is written twice: error cant make regkey i am not sure if it occurs to your msi or other things...

@Solidasrock What is the commandline/INI file you're using? It helps to narrow down the problem. I just used Xquicklaunch=1 on a commandline call and it works, as does INSTALLDIR. I'm betting most of the switches are being caused by the INI routine, am I right? This question is to any having switch problems. And yes, even if you specify a INI file, you still need /QB. well i noticed a NEW error again edit: ok i use this in cmd: start /wait %systemdrive%\Install\Applications\Winamp\Winamp504.msi /qb INI="%systemdrive%\Install\Applications\Winamp\Winamp.ini" and the xquicklaunch in the ini file: [setup] Xintex=1 Xmodernskin=1 Xaudio=1 Xvisual=1 Xextra=1 Xdircont=1 XDesktop=0 XQuicklaunch=1 right? edit:i think this error maybe must posted in my own topic in klitecodec wont install....

i place the k-lite to the top of cmd so it runs before messenger is installed. i get that error again. also get that "please put back the cd" error. i think i have to go back to the regtweak disable SFC.... after setup is run enable it again.... i am really curious why i am the only one with this problem.... edit: i see more and more problems with the sfc. i am a bit tired of it. so i disable the SFC and trusted my virusscanner. if i dont i go be crazy now.... i HATE the error SFC, if there occurs a error SFC again in the next install i pull my whole computer outside of my window....

ok, i get that error again... maybe that error which occurs to uxtheme.dll make the another error? i have include the taskmngr snapshot....

you was wrong with this: start /wait %systemdrive%\Install\Applications\Winamp\winamp.msi /qb /INI="%systemdrive%\install\applications\winamp.ini" the backslash before INI must be deleted, also mapped in winamp, otherwise i get errors. start /wait %systemdrive%\Install\Applications\Winamp\winamp.msi /qb INI="%systemdrive%\install\applications\winamp\winamp.ini" but thanks, it works, but i havent tested it unattend. i do now test it.
