i thought it was an older game, maybe not lol but goto control panel > system, under general tab, it will display your specs, ram & cpu

goto the programs directory example: c:\program files\winrar should be an uninstall.exe or something similar where u can launch the file if that doesnt work, u can remove it manually, by deleteing all files/folders/regkeys for that program

when troubleshooting a game, u need 2.. update your drivers (ALL, sound,video,lan) make sure u have latest updates for your OS (for XP u need to get SP2) that may help? also, its an old game, try running the game with "application compatability" in xp , set it to 98 what specs are in your computer?

what are your system specs? page fault's are usually cuz of bad page file ,ram or hdd, clear page file, defrag with 0&0 Defrag & try again, if that doesnt work try taking out a stick of ram, or a hdd if u can

u would get a totally silent install by using /qn instead of /qr (reduced GUI)
