if u attempted to use officeshrinker that maybe your problem as it didnt fully "Shrink" & maybe ur office is buggy ?

extract the files with winrar from the original .exe & run setup.exe -R (case sensitive) after your done, goto c:\windows & get setup.iss place it in the same folder as your other files & run setup.exe -s to silently install DONT Restart or setup.iss will be lost
