.nfo file types are usually bundled with "underground" releases. they're purpose is to be displayed on a command-window b/c they include an ASCII logo better viewed under DOS. you can try to import the batch file at first post that associates those .nfo files with "type" command and take a look by yourself

i personally preffer the 32bits setup, the cheapest. i've a 3000+ (2,3ghz). in sandra 2k5, results show a better perfomance than for example a p4 3,2ghz extreme edition. at the moment there's no program that can take full advantage of a 64bits processor.

you can do it yourself open winrar > Options > Import/Export > Export settings to file save the file and import it during unattended. for winzip use regshot. set default settings, take 1st shot, set your options at your desire, take 2nd shot... and voila!

i was for windows server 2003 rc1 and rc2. basically i like to see features introduced by new betas but i'm not a fan of using them as daily software

worked with the last version i used (bundled with real and quicktime alternatives) but i'll take a look, thanks @CrisCr0ss, sorry, i don't use powerdvd. for alcohol you can build your own based on ultraiso, and for winrar, there's an option to export all your settings onto a .reg file, importing that file should restore all your associations. @war59312, it would help if you can convert that .reg file to .cmd or at least make it path independant

7zip is slooooower extracting/compressing than winrar. rar ratio/speed quality is the best. i say this b/c i'm writting a review of the latest beta of winrar.

4 reasons for purchasing the pc version: *gta: sa is well known to burn the ps2 lens; continuous read from the dvd. *best controlled with a mouse and a keyboard than with the ps2 pad *best viewed on your computer, more resolution and speed *possibility of totally cutomize your game. tons of cars and mods! (if you played gta3 or gta:vc on the pc you know what i'm talking about)

if you own a ps2/xbox i suggest you episode III revenge of the sith. really funny and hours of entertainment, contains extra stuff like deleted scenes, images and clips of the movie itself. i would highly recommend to go to the cinema first as the game is a spoiler itself (i finished it 1 day before so i knew everything was going to happen ). duel mode let you fight as anakin vs. obi wan, darth vader vs. obi wan (older) or general grievous vs count dooku for example. there's also a coop. mode and bonus missions like yoda vs. clone troopers on the jedi temple as seen in the movie. i think i'm extending a bit but i just found the game awesome, the best SW game created for a console system. now if you don't own those consoles or preffer your PC to play games, the best i've found is Jedi Knight: Jedi Outcast or the second part Jedi Academy. multiplayer is good and laser sables duels against your friends are the best. edit: forgot lego SW which is good too, i love to move bricks with "the force" lol

i use multiple compression tools at the same time and for different extensions including 7zip and winrar. i have to say that i preffer winrar over the rest for the amount of possibilities/customization it offers.
