You can't change the clock arrows, nobody can. I'm working on that. So it will be available in the next version.
-
That's because are two callendar images. The first (the short one) it's for analog clock, and the large one for digital clock. I will make only one callendar in the next version, the large one.

Count me in! It sounds good! I hope the other guys will agree with this too..... I think it will be a great chance to make something really nice! Let's do this!

You want different colors, right...that can be done...it's not that hard....it will be available one or two color skins.

How about RTFM? You can launch respatchers with /force key. But notice, respatching is forbidden with KernelEx and not advised with RP8. Read The Fu**ing Manual.......Thanx for the advice...

Will it works on RP7, Xstyle? After installing SP 3.0 beta 2, I lost many icons from the Renovatio but I'm too tired to replace them back again. I think I'll wait for your patches to fix this small problem. The patches will work only if the files are the right ones to patch.....so if i make patches after RP7 files will work smoothly, but if i make patches only after win98se files will not work for some files. For example in RP7 we have shell32.dll, explorer.exe and other files from win2000...so if you try with a restorator patch(RP) made for shell32.dll win98 version will not work. I'm thinking to a solution....but i guess it's not possible to make a patch work for win98 and win2000 files....so the only way is to make two packs-one with only the win98 files(an original pack) and one with RP7 files(maybe RP8). So that users can decide what to use.
-
Now i remembered that i've tryed this pack and i can say that it doesn't compare with RP7...... For Uberskin, i'm working now to make ResPatches off all the files(changing all the icons)....so, soon we will have nice icons too....
-
The site is in maintenance...and it gives me a link to vista transformation pack8!

You're right in some aspects, but if we had the same ideeas then all of this couldn't been achieved. I don't see it as a competition, i see it like some guys have different ideeas....wanting to do it in theyr one style. Don't get me wrong, i want to colaborate, to work as a team, but it seems like every guy has his one team,so....everyone does wat he knows best. Let's hope for an future collaboration......

Well....on this topic i'll post only standalone applications. Welcome Center it's the first i'm posting...except RSidebar... Only the screen for the moment..... New shut down dialog....
-
Oau....a lot of demands...half of them are easy, so it won't take make a lot of time, but some are a little bit tricky(i'll see what i can do). It's good that you know what you want.

I agree with Th3_uN1Qu3 and cozbo .... I remember when i had 10 years and my brother was designing games and some nice graphics for dos in that period, when he was asking me if i can help dictate some line codes for Pascal, when i was playing Lotus and some other nice games.... I joined this forum some time ago and i must say i was impressed by the work that it's done here. I had an similar ideea like cozbo has, to join forces and make a super win98....but i don't thinc it will happen.....who knows...if my knowlege it's welcomed i'm the first to join the crew........
-
Yes i know about that. It's that way because the size of the form changed by mistake. This version it's for showing that the flash clock run smooth.
-
Why flash? Because it looks great.... It works great on my machine, i don't thinc it wil kill an P1...it's not so heavy! Here is the RSidebar with analog clock(not finished but for you to see how it works). You have in the archive the project, extact and after extraction go in Slide directory and copy glow.swf in C:\my flashes(this because it's not finished).
-
After some reading and in the spare time i've managed to add an analog clock to my RSidebar project(it's an flash object so you must have flash player installed to run this properly, but i won't share this for the moment, i must work more to it). Everything i've made on this forum it was done only with my win98se machine(AMD K6/2 350MHZ, s3 TRIO 32/64 PCI (732/764), 320SDRAM). Here is a screenshot of my RSidebar with an analog clock:

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop\WindowMetrics] "Shell Icon BPP"="32" This key only sets the metrics for icons. I mean it only sets the possibility to change in 32 bit mode if u have the files needed(Tihiy knows this better than anyone because he created 32 bit icon patch for win98se). So if u enter the key and you don't have the files needed to enable 32 bit icons you won't see 32 bit icons. My opinion is that 32 bit icons can be used only with dll.dll(a part of RP7), i've tested different possibilities because i tryed to have uberskin and 32 bit icons in the same time. Uberskin won't install if u have dll.dll installed on your system. If u delete dll.dll it will work installing uberskin but your machine will be very very slow and whithout 32 bit icons. So.....uberskin and 32 bit icons not possible YET(Tihiy said that he will make uberskin work with 32 bit icons).
