My XPize Bootscreen i made with TU Styler is made inserting boot.bmp of 4.6RC (& Reshacker copy), with scrolling bar at the bottom, and Background color setting black. I will Reshacker-Extract then Bitmap 1, 4 and 8 from the TUKernel.exe (safer: its copy in another directory, as ntoskrnl.exe) for automatic patching... But, how should patching be done?

damian666, I am interested in the XP derivate of your Pack, for using with VistaLuna Basic from Pgase, as an alternative to XPize Darkside. Should we work together in development? As some know i wrote a lot weeks ago i want create a XPize_Win2000 - Pack. Through contributing here i see a community working on similar solutions - but other resources und in parts concepts. Though my Win2K Prof should nearly look like the WinXP Prof but the last OS as Vista (the look, only few extras). But all that must be please with not to much consumption of system resources! How can I work with you (other then testing)?

Will these Packages in future a part of XPize Darkside? EDIT: Too few sleep in the morning... That will be!

nLite 1.3 Final has new Feature "Skip OOBE". Not tested here yet - ask me after i slipstreamed the next XPize Final (or, if XPize Darkside supports integrating, next weekend)! Of course you may ask in nuhi's Forum how that Feature works!

What about nLite Hotfix-Support? I want install not only with dark winntbbu.dll also resources dark on disk. nLite | Unattended | RunOnce is convenient but... ... will it be ever allowed releasing a CABbed package for nLite integration, then with GUIRunOnce-Method? Shouldn't future XIS-based packages for direct install and integration and also as CAB for personal use only (of course)? I mean: If you create a CAB you mustn't distribute that - only if the author of the Pack allows linking/ hosting that outside of authors space! Frankly i ask now if this ever will happen. I doesn't believe yet EDIT: Do you already have a dark XPize Bootlogo? I created me with TuneUp Styler a ntoskrnl.exe from the Standard-Bootbitmap (actual blue).

My new Win2K-Install (it needed a lot time until doing that) is now Ultimate Hope the Resource Reloader will cause the MS-Security updates doesn't destroy the customizations! Cause i does also use WinXP Prof a lot. Some questions: How will it be possible integrating the package with nLite? Supporting 1.0x with GuiRunOnce i know, what about the convenience of Hotfix nLite Integration? Or, may i create .cab for doing this (will hosting it on my webspace )? Hello folks! I will install W2K as WXP neighbor in two seperate partitions (nLite do a good job for preparing the RWs). But, i doesnt like if my Windows doesnt speak german if packages craps UI lang, example in XP: no german-lang vista-like sysdm.cpl. This evening i have a test system in the testing purpose partition with the package from here. Then i can post here what i need to be altered for my language - think i could do this also and would post changed/ added needed files here! Greetings, Chris

Hello! I use WinXP Pro and Win2K Pro and think having the skills and ability for good designing for Win2000. Maybe i need some support of others for doing it - so if some can give me needed resources tell it here or PM me. First: Copy the directory structure of MCE Disk2 to your XPCD Folder. Try that with nLite

I'll try the package running instantly. Maybe it saves the playlist file in G:\ ... @Moment, TurboLoad doesn't takes me to the file

That project maybe useless or too much work - cause abilitites of Glade, and the disadvantage of GTK+ size itself...

Maybe the XPize Installer System development stream ends! The last created of it is the Stable 1.0.0. For downloading this scroll to bottom of this posting! Normally the development focus is on cX2K - but this is also supported. 1st) I'm interested covering the project of Dels named X2K - need the existing resources and the okay 2nd) More features needed? This sentence explicity allows this - but only if you are not able to use my shellpack!
