ok guys im still having trouble with my unattended xp pro disk, ive burned it and when i try to use it, it pops up witrh a black screen and says computer is scanning, system configuration and then it does that for a second or two and then it resets . now ive tried it in a iso file and it worked just fine in virtual pc, so is there any ideals on whats going on with my problem ? is there any ideals pls help,

i got an email the other day from hotmail saying it could take a few weeks and they will email again when the changes happen but wow 250 mb not thsts alot plus the 10 mb attachment you can send to, yep its definatly supposed to get better cant wait to see if it really does

well it seems there was a problem with my video drivers that why the icon part wasnt popping up right but strange that one confuses me, but any ways i updated my video drivers and that fixed the problem, as for the disk running right now,,, stay tuned,, hope to have good news soon

this is strange now when i put in an old unattended disk that ive previously made that i know works perfectly that ive reset my pc on, comes up with the nero icons for the D drive when going into my computer,, some thing is seriously wrong there .. any ideals ?

DreamweaverN i suggest that you do not use the wmplayer.exe even after youve modifype it then cab it, it seems to mess up the unattended process, at the 13 minute mark, but everything else works fine but dosnt all show up, so if you want to use the trash bin and network icons call them out through your custom theme file , if theres any other files youd like to replace meaning icons that that pack wont replace right, let me know i may be able to help you out with some reg tweaks, i havnt checked all of the it out that came in the pack yet but i have installed them all and havnt weeded out what hasnt worked yet as for file types and what not well thats what i got so far , hope that helps

the strange part is it runs fine, when made into a iso and run through virtual pc, but when i go to burn it and then run it thats when it has its problems,, does any body have any ideals, and as for that nero burning icon, it has replaced the original xp icon, and i have no ideal.

hi ive just created a new unattended disk, and i was going to reset my pc with it, with in the disk ive added various programs, now the strange problem is this disk runs all the way to the point to where it says checking system blaa blaa but the strange part is thats screen is in black. after that a second or 2 later it restarts the pc. now my set up is dead on because this isnt the first disk that ive made, and heres another strang part is that when i go into my computer the icon for the unattended disk, shows up with the icon nero burning rom but its title as UNATTENDED_XP_PRO does any one know why im having this problem. ? need help because this is the strangest problem ive ever had

those are some sweet icons and yes thats probably the best way to instal them with the mod way and then repacking

well since i couldnt find a way to kill that folder that pops up for somereason its brought on by the messenger plus 3 instal ive alter the arrangment of last few instals in runonceex by playing the messenger plus 3, its not the best way to do it but now when that folder pops up its not up very long because of my reboot cmd well i think im gonna let this folder thing rest now but if any body has any ideals why the messenger 6.2 instal folder is popping up because of the messenger plus 3 please let me know thanks for every ones time and effort in helping me try to fix this problem

ok so far this taskkill method only kills processes like programs and html pahes and things like that @echo off taskkill /F /FI "WINDOWTITLE ne untitle*" EXIT it does not kill folders but heres the strange part, once a folder is open thats considered a window also, right ? well if thats true why cant it be killed by this method.. any ideals

you know im trying now just to test out if i can get the taskkill.exe with the right command to kill an opened window. ive made a small batch and placed it in testing folder to try to see if i can kill the folder its not even killing it heres my batch @echo off taskkill.exe /F /FI "WINDOWTITLE eq testing" EXIT im still not having any luck

ok guys this problem isnt kool ive now put the install portion of my msn 6.2 on a batch.cmd file and im still getting this window to pop up, it seems its not poping up after the instal for msn 6.2 is finished but its poping up some where right when the msg plus 3 is finishing its instal, this is the ending part of my RunOnceEx file. easiest way to replace the majority of all the icons is to modify/ hack the shell32.dll file with some thing like resource hacker hope that helps some

yea im thinking of placing it on a batch until i can completly figure out why this is happening

you could always try to just add them in a custom theme file
