I had the same problem with Lotus Notes and Office. I think you must have the Outlook also installed, but I'm not sure about that. You have to change this registry key. HKEY LOCAL MACHINE\SOFTWARE\CLIENTS\MAIL\ Type "Lotus Notes" there and it should work then.

Is there a solution, how to fix this problem on a computer already installed? I've tried almost everything, but nothing seems to work. Next i'm going to try "repair" Windows installation.
