My problem solved. HP ZT 3000 laptop with ATI Radeon Mobility. Get nevest driver for your video card and save it somewhere on HD. Connect external monitor. Start Laptop. LCD goes off but not external one. Computer --> Properties --> Update driver for video card. Hope this help someone.
