No, definitely not. You can' t use IE 6. IE 8 is needed exclusively to access MU web site. Or use WSUS server method if it is working in your system. Unfortunately, there is and will not be another solution. I gave you a lot of tips how to solve your problem. There is no more to say. IE 6 is outdated, unsupported and crap. Sorry, truth has to be told!

If IE 8 doesn't work in your XP system, then you have to reinstall from scratch. Usually IE 8 works in every XP system. If not, your Windows XP installation is faulty. Restoring access to MU needs updates relating to IE 8. Maybe the WSUS server method works, but I don't think so. Reinstall XP and use an offline update pack. Then restore MU and let it look for missing updates.

Welcome to the forum! At first you should provide information about your system. Which OS do you use i.e. from which operating system do you want to access WU using IE 6? And why IE 6? You should install the more recent version IE 8 if possible!

If you take the title of this thread so precisely, then your posts are logically off-topic. But as far as I can see, programs are also posted here that are still Windows XP compatible. But to be on-topic I have found a web site of Tracker Software containing the "latest" versions of their programs PDF-XChange Editor and Editor, PDF-XChange Standard Printer, PDF-Tools and PDF-XChange PRO. All programs are version 7.0.328.2. Version 8 and higher do not support Windows XP anymore. Jeez !! Just checked , it does the same for me !!! Keylogger in the browser !! Does it have something to do with MSFN ? Remember we both found NSFN tracking scripts ? BTW , I started to notice slowness when I type in the reply box . (keylogging, definitely !) Perhaps we need to ask the moderators , no ?

I think something's really wrong with your setup and choice of flags, settings (maybe even extensions?) . I don't observe such kind of behaviour in mine , no logged posts there ! I think you need to check.

I'm very touched you think of me , but honestly , don't bother and please don't waste your time . I have it already . I don't even remember where I got it . Some of the members gave it to me ? But it's working very good. So your powers could be saved for something more important like telemetry and speed. Thanks.
