Astalavista Posted June 14, 2005 Author Posted June 14, 2005 hehehe i didn't even know there was a wma plugin.I will download it now. Thanks!
DLF Posted June 14, 2005 Posted June 14, 2005 i didn't even know there was a wma pluginYep, its free too! And when its installed you can drag and drop .wma audio files into a NEW>AUDIO CD project (just like you do with mp3's) to make an audio-cd project.Excellent pictures to accompany guide. Well done and welcome back Asta.
evilvoice Posted June 14, 2005 Posted June 14, 2005 wmaplugin is no longer needed, or at least I just tried to move a wma file over to an audio cd and it did it fine without installin the plugin..also, this hasnt been updated since dec 2004...
Astalavista Posted June 14, 2005 Author Posted June 14, 2005 YUP i tested it without the plugin and it works
MAVERICKS CHOICE Posted June 14, 2005 Posted June 14, 2005 Hey Asta fantastic release & guide, good to see ya back here. Yours however is slightly heavier than VC's in fairness haven't fully tested both as yet.
Lost Soul Posted June 15, 2005 Posted June 15, 2005 hey asta i cant seem to get the multi threading option to check in its blurred out and doesnt give me that choice.how necessary is that option,, i installed the lastest 7z 4.20so let me know ok
Achdine Posted June 15, 2005 Posted June 15, 2005 The "Multi-Threading" option is only available if you are creating the archive on a computer that either has dual-processors or hyperthreading. Checking the option only allows 7zip to fully use the power of your processor(s) to speed up the compression. Not necessary at all, but handy when available.
