dirtwarrior Posted January 5, 2007 Posted January 5, 2007 I have used a lot of software to change from pal to ntsc. The results are the same in all. The video and audio dont line up after the conversion. Is there a software which will do this conversion correctly?

Jeremy Posted January 9, 2007 Posted January 9, 2007 Region codes are only present in DVDs. You can use DVD Shrink or AnyDVD or one of many others to remove region codes. The first two are the best IMHO.
