alucke Posted February 10, 2007 Posted February 10, 2007 Only the calender, livesearch work on 2k3. I have patched wlsrvc.dll, reinstalled vaio2003 and still the same thing. How can i get the other gadgets to work?

alucke Posted February 10, 2007 Posted February 10, 2007 I uninstalled the vaio and windows sidebar, then reinstalled it using the instruction from wincert.com. It works now. But cant seem to install other gadgets.

Just wondering about the SlideShow gadget though - it only shows the top left part of every picture, is this normal? I'd rather it shrank the picture to fit, how can I get it to do this...Thanks

Is there a particular DLL whose version that will give it away?Also, on that link you posted, there's an installer for the Sidebar, was that what I should download and run? I'm a bit confused though because it says it requires VAIO b2, but you wrote VAIO b3 should solve my dramas....?Thanks mate
