Removing User Accounts?

Featured Replies

I removed the Internet Explorer Core with nLite and that also removes the ability to add, remove, and change User Accounts. Is there away to delete a user and set it so I don't have to go to the Welcome Screen through the registry?

Right Click on My Computer and select Manage

In Computer Management selcet Local Users and Groups

then click on Users

now here U can add new user and delete existing users by right clicking.

There is no "manage" when right-clicking on My Computer. Must be something else that is taken out by removing IE Core.

Why shouldn't I remove the IE Corem Jeremy? I have everything installed that I always do and it all works 100%. If I don't need it, why have it? If only I could remove the explorer and slipstream in a replacement Shell.

Windows & many applications needs internet explorer core to display/render their windows so keep it ....

If you can't manage users in Computer Management. You can try command line, from a cmd.exe :

net user TheUser /delete

and delete folder's user in Doc&Settings folder.
