what f/oss can do the job of these softwares?

ok i know that there is an f/oss topic but i wanted to know what sofwares can do the same or better job of these softwares:

kaspersky av

good web site filtering for cookie,popup,scripting,activex...

tuneup utilities/system mechanic

aye shut down: a little program that schadules jobs like disconnecting the dial-up modem

acdsee: a proggy that convert and edit the photo/picture files

i viewed the results on AV-Comparatives for antivir and avast and they were not satisfying.

Well, as for Kaspersky... that's really the best of the best. That and NOD32. They may not be free, but they are the best.

im actualy a cool gui lover and thats not exactly what im looking for.

anyother option?

yeah i know kaspersky and nod32 are the best thats why i want a close free match to them.if there is any.

CCleaner (Clean temp/cache/etc) (free)

PerfectDisk (Superior defragmenter) (free for 30 days)

JV16 PowerTools 2006 (Superior registry cleaner and much more) (trial)
