Tomcat76 Posted April 5, 2006 Share Posted April 5, 2006 Personally, I think there's nothing wrong with those hotfixes. KB897715 was released in June 2005 and KB823353 in June 2004. MS usually don't care about slipstreaming problems but you have a general installation problem which MS would've fixed by now if it's so obvious. You install a non-hfslip'd 2k, and then install ie6 and then the two updates. After doing that, your OE doesn't work? This doesn't sound like it's an hfslip related issue then. Tomcat76 Posted April 5, 2006 Share Posted April 5, 2006 He's using the correct hotfixes according to his ERROR_REPORT.TXT file.The problem doesn't lie with HFSLIP, but I also think there's nothing wrong with the hotfixes.
