ok..it is well known that unattended cd dont requires a cd-key ...but this only works..if we boot CD directly from BIOS!! While if we try to install unattended XP from an Operation system ( mean to say not booting from BIOS..but intall from any OS ) it will ask u to put a key...( right after choosing NEW INSTALLATION option...) so..isnt there anyway that we can bypass the requirement of CD key during this type of installation???

You mean hitting install from a Win32 environment? o.O

Add an unattend script to the end of the syntax when running setup. I think it's something like winnt32 /u:unattend.txt

Yes there is.....if you have an unattended file, you can run winnt32 with the proper switches (do a winnt32 /? to find them ) that will load the unattended info properly.
