I need someone using Media Center Edition to tell me one thing: If you install xpize with Royale VS and then uninstall Royale..is Royale actually removed? Does MCE protect it to even overwrite it on xpize install?

I need to know this. Thanks

I deinstalled Royal-Theme successfully.

Now I cannot choose it in the Display-Settings.

How can I reinstall the Theme?

Run XPize-Reloader?

Run the full XPize-Setup again?

Or select only Royal-Theme in XPize-Setup?

Yes.

There is a "Royale.Theme" (2 KB) in C:\WINDOWS\Resources\Themes,

but there are only "Royale Lite"- and "RoyalFour"-Folder.

And there is no "Royal.msstyles" on my Systemdrive (C:).

I used XPize 4.2 Beta.

And how can I reinstall the Theme?

Run XPize installer and select only Royale.

Next version of XPize will automatically skip Royale installation / uninstallation if MCE detected.

Bledd, can you confirm this?

I didn't test it with the XPize uninstaller because I removed al that stuff but Windows XP MCE does not protect the Royale style. Like in other Windows XP editions only Luna style is protected. I tested it maually.
