Hello everyone, don't tell me this is an old repeated topic! no all the topics before wasn't a Demcoratic Poll like this one, many and many pages without reaching a final decicion, but by this Poll we can fairly point our finger to the most appreciable Codec Pack

And here it comes another so so controversial poll with alot of fuss about it, we need a solution guyz here, we Heard alot about Codec Packs, and every once in a while comes another Pack! so let's make up our mind to stick And support only one Codec pack! be loyal man

FFDshow msvc builds by celtic_druid.

Add to that CoRoNe's DirectShow FilterPack, Quicktime / Real Alternative, and Media Player Classic.

Thats all you need! B)

Combined Community Codec Pack + Quicktime Alt. + Real Alt. - in my opinion the best.

i use ffdshow, with real and quick alternative in MPC, and winamp for audio

i voted for satsuki pack as it looks decent (has what I use)

For almost 2yrs i used swgreed's pack updated with my own additions.

I recently switched to Satsuki's pack but didnt like the way it

takes over the context menu's when right clicking a media file.

I voted Satsuki because i created a regfile to change the

Satsuki Context menu's to read 'MediaPlayerClassic".

so K-lite Megacodec still in the front

ffdshow for me .... unified one filter to decode all ...

+ oggvorbis core + seflpack for Matroska / DivxAudio / LameMP3 / OGM + Real & QuickTime Alternative + MPC (and I wait a version without the hang when we seek a lot in a movie ... )

K-lite Mega Codec Pack for me.

K-Lite but after some time , ACE Mega CoDecS Pack. I use a lot Win Avi Video Converter and it seems to be the best tandem.

klite mega best out there combines the nice fddshow with the alternatives and clients to play video files in mpc/bs

have any of the people here that use k-Lite Codec Pack tried MPC with FFDSHOW? I remember years ago using them darn codec packs with WMP, until i learned about ffdshow, mpc, and vlc and never looked back.

VLC all the way. It may not have the best GUI ever, but thats exactly what I like.

So far, everything I trow at him, it plays.
