Jeremy Posted September 28, 2005 Posted September 28, 2005 If you had done a Search for "Media Player", I'm sure you would have realized a dozen other threads where people ask the same thing.Media Player Classic.
Scubar Posted September 28, 2005 Posted September 28, 2005 VLC because it plays practically every video file.
Branstrom Posted September 28, 2005 Posted September 28, 2005 (edited) VLC because it plays practically every video file.<{POST_SNAPBACK}>Not streaming Quicktime though. At least my system hangs like two seconds into the stream. And streaming Windows Media... I don't know if I've got it to stream anything correctly, come to think of it. agonified Posted September 28, 2005 Posted September 28, 2005 Bsplayer...Very easy and accessoried...
gdogg Posted September 29, 2005 Posted September 29, 2005 vlc cause its the first thing i tested that worked in my 57MB windows xpbut no .wmv, im missing some file, talked in the vlc irc channel about it, they claim it should be able to play , but i know better, lol
quinriva Posted September 29, 2005 Posted September 29, 2005 Winamp has real issues skipping forward in some movies (depending on the codecs), but is great for audio.VLC used to have issues too, but has come a long way recently and is my prefered video player.Media player classic can play .rm files, so this is a big plus. But I don't think it has as many options as VLC.
