hi guys

because of many requests, i started this new thread.

it will describe how to have the last build for WMP10.

i remade the wmp addon and added windows media connect 2.

it contains files from mp10setup.exe and all hotfixes available for wmp 10.

the packs contains my preffered icon for wmp and vmc also my tweaks. i quited the xp media center 2005 update and "disable check for player updates" tweak cause it seems that m$ finally fixed it....

final version for wmp is 10.0.0.4040.

i can see it is the updates from microsoft...

as for my winxp it is build in media 10 using WMP10_Slipstreamer_v3

like i said in my previous post please read my first post carefully. cat files are needed only if u dont disable windows file protection......

by reading all post ....

now i understand what is cat files for.. disable the stupic WFP is da best then...

Does using your wmp10 pack have the toolbar option problem like RyanVM's?

that problem exist also in both methods. u have to register wmpband.dll manually.

Has the DRM / WMV-HD playing issue been resolved?

dont know....

i think is because wmvdmod.dll is also not registered.... so if u try it please report back..
