filer..

you are beating him in game 2 and in nature. those 2 tests are very gpu intesive, but dont stress the cpu/fsb like game 1 and 3 do.

plus your score seems a little low, 98xx with a softmodded 9500? my none overclocked score is almost 400 points more than yours with a ti4400... same cpu. you're missing a good amount of points somewhere. i dont think the 8x agp will help much. at this piont its only adding about 1-2% to over all 3d mark scores vs. 4x.

O/C

No O/C

wotever you say, I am very sure that it's my cpu that's holding me back, I've read through allot of 9500->9700 scores on the [H] overclocking forum.. They all get abou the same score I get with the same cpu... Then when there's ppl with XP2000++ and they are all hitting the 12K barrier and some even the 16K barrier.. So I'm sure okay, also, when I started overclocking my cpu I noticed the scores increase instantly..

Here's some scores of other ppl with the same card as mine (softmodded)

http://service.futuremark.com/compare?2k1=5830413 P4 4.2GHZ (22K+)

http://service.futuremark.com/compare?2k1=5726041 P4 3.3GHZ (17K+)

http://service.futuremark.com/compare?2k1=5827253 P4 2.7GHZ.. (13K+)

http://service.futuremark.com/compare?2k1=5766205 ?? 1.7GHZ (12K+)

you are comparing apples to oranges filer... of course they ar gonna score higher... they have all have a 400mhz+ fsb , plus the cpu's are 1ghz+ faster(with one exception)...

im trying to compare apples to apples. you are running a 1.33 tbird, im running a 1.33 tbird. you have a 9700, i have a ti 4400. your score is overclocked, but yet my none overclocked score is higher than your o/c'd score with a faster video card....

im not trying to be rude or anything, just pointing out that it seems that you are scoring lower than you should be imo.

but if the way its running right now works for you, go for it....
