well it said on the news she done it to put her kid through college,, but geesh, there are better ways to make the money,, a ugly tat on the forehead that says some thing like,,, blaaa.com,, is a scar for life,

she may get away with a great bowl cut hair do to try to cover it up

or use alot of makeup to blend it in

or my favorite funny ideal,, become a biker hippy or some thing and cover it up with a bandanna lol

any ways it wasnt a smart ideal to do it,, it was definatly desperality lol

What can you say...

Well, she is doing it for her sons education...that says more about US than her actually.

I feel very fortunate not to be born and living in US, "greatest country in the world"... :(

In Sweden we have something called social security, and meaning it...this will never ever be needed by a parent that wishes for their child to get a good education.

...now you go ahead and flame me... :D

i wont flame you unlike what you did to the US, but the us has social security also and there are many ways for a parent to put there kid through college,, through tax programs, tax breaks, good grades / scholarships, and loans,

as they say each to there own. all im saying is i dont believe she took the best route to get her child through school.

every body is entitled to there opinion and thats mine :)

Hmmm. Let's see. $2000 for removal, that leaves $8000. The IRS will require taxes on that and I presume they are not destitute so one-third is about normal, so lop off another $3000 for the Fed, and between 5% adn 10% for State taxes, so now it's around $4000-4500 left. The last I looked tuition room and board and most universities was running upwards of $15,000 - $20,000 (some are more but I'm being conservative) per year, so for 4 years she'll need......$60,000-$80,000.

Throwing the pain of removal (it is no fun, believe me!) and extraordinary expenses and she'll still be a minimum of about $55,500 short (assuming of course no rise in tuitionover the next four years!!!

Doesn't seem like a good business to me!
