Pretty much. It should be noted that mainstream support will end 2 years after Longhorn launches and extended support 5 years after Longhorn. That's a lot of time

sp2 is great, never had any problems with it at all and i like what it adds. im looking forward to sp3, it seems now that it will only really have wmp10, ie7, and security fixes though.

Not that I've called them - have never had a problem (except with my own once lol)

I had the feeling it would come out

the reason I say this is because I downloaded SP1 And Sp2 and hotfixes.

And when I ran Belarc it listed:

SP3 passed verification KB885626 on 1/2/2005 (details...)

So I knew SP3 was coming up soon.
