What Are These Files/file Types?

i have a number of files called

tbc.1

t1k0

t1k0.1

t17c

trs

td4

td4.1

etc etc

What are they and what do they do. They all appear to be 0kb

Can i delete them???

My Data folder which is everything except the OS drive and the separate Programs drive.

trs is used by a audio voice recording package called Retell..

(we have it in work here!)

I dont have Retell, but could it be related to streaming audio?
