can't log in to windows 2000. need help on how to reset/recover password login. i really forgot the password.

thanks guy. but i don't have any cd windows 2000. with erd commander..as far as i know...it needs cd windows 2000. have any idea???

@un4given1...i've try url that u gave...its doesn't help much. its cannot find FAT if i'm not mistaken.

Problem: You have forgot password of Windows NT/2000/XP user/administrator.

Solution without EBCD: author does not know any acceptable solution.

Solution with EBCD: Using this disk, you may create special mini-version of Linux, which can change password for any user. Surely, you does not need to know the old password. Also, you may edit Windows registry using it.

And please SEARCH the board before asking a question has already been asked (and answered) several times, it just multiplies the threads making it more difficukt to find relevant information when searching.
