nychong88
How about if I just delete the files in that folder? Because I already integrated all updates files....
Alanoll
no you can't./integrate isn't really a TRUE integration. The hotfix files still need to be run inorder for their install to be complete.
IcemanND
/integrate updates the files but not the registry. so if you remove them windowsupdates says you still need to instll the updates.
tjhart85
If you want a TRUE integration, use RyanVM's update pack, but be warned it is an unofficial pack. When you use the /integrate, you might not be actually integrating, but you are doing what MS intended you to do.With that said, I know people who roll it out on over 200 machines and it runs great on all of em, so, RyanVM does good work.RyanVM's Site
<SparTacuS>
LOL, you can totally remove the need to kepp files in the svcpack folderif you instead delete all those cra**y files in the I386folder that end with an underscore _.As a bonus, this also reduces the size of your CD.
