Is it safe to convert my usb stick to ntfs with program Paragon NTFS?
IMHO: No.

Don't convert my usb stick at all to ntfs with or without program right. sorry if i wasn't clear

NTFS is not a good file system for USB flash drives. Stick (hah, pun!) with FAT.
