I've seen something about "hex(2)" and I decidec to ask before I screw things up.

Run regedit, select the keys you want, then click File > Export and save the file.

Edit the file with Notepad if necessary.

This is all you need:

The RNG.....seed keys are of no purpose and therefore not required.
