The easiest thing to do is make an ERD Commander 2003/2005 CD. (it works just like winpe)

Then you can boot from the CD and use the tool to reset passwords on system (to blank).

If not, a tool called ntpasswd editor exists - search on google for its home page.

Then you need to write that tool to floppy and boot from it - it will reset the password. If you do go for the second option, then ensure you get the correct one for your windows version (different ones exist for 2k/xp/2k3).

Look here, it’s a nice CD ISO that will give you tools to recover more then only passwords. It’s for free and non-commercial.
