VitoCorleone
Nero Burning ROM or Roxio Easy CD/DVD CreatorThe first one is much simpler, and cheaper but it's the best

DigeratiPrime
I like to remove the PUO's and whatnot, you need to first 'decrypt' the dvd in order to do this.http://www.doom9.org/index.html?/guides.htm1) DVD Decrypter2) Clonedvd + Anydvd3) DVD Shrink
tguy
DVDXCopy works well too.
nateklomp
I use DVD Decrypter for 1:1 copies (discs <4.38Gb) or ripping to HDD as it's sometimes faster or more convenient to shrink them from HDD later. DVD Shrink does everything else--it will rip+shrink+make iso to burn in DVDDecrypter. These are the only tools I've found necessary for DVD copies.
