Hey everyone!? I have a lot of user and passwords (dont we all!?) and was wondering if anyone uses a good password manager and auto fill manager. I started using nortons 2005 password manager but it's not consistent. It will warn you of filling a password/form whenever it feels like it.

Do you recommend a ad/spyware free application?!?!

RoboForm: Free Password Manager, Form Filler, Password Generator: Fill Forms, Save Passwords, AutoFill, AutoLogin, AutoSave

its the best ive seen

RoboForm is FREE with some limitations.

• It is well-behaved: NO ADWARE, NO SPYWARE.

• Works under Windows as an add-on to IE-based browsers.

• Works with Netscape, Mozilla, Firefox under Windows.

MCT, i've been on downloads.com searching for password managers, I noticed this one and read some user reviews. eventhough is not a good idea to go by these, some people stated it created pop ups, is this true? They said to stick to the 'older' version of roboform.... BUT since an msfn member is recommending it, I'll give it a try!!

any other suggestions?!?! :)

Thats no true at all. There are no popups/spyware/adware of any kind.

I have been using RoboForm since pre 1.0 and am using latest pro build right now.

So I can say 100000% that is a complete lie.

well i installed it last night after mct recommended it and it seemed to work just fine. I tried it with a couple of forums and worked w/out a glitch AND i didnt see any pop-ups!

I guess it's also safe enough to put CC logins and bank logins?!?! What do you think?

I think you'd be hard pressed to find a password management tool better than Access Manager. It is built on .net and can be carried with you via USB key and used on any computer that has .net installed.

The free version is good, but the Pro version is even better (plus it's a great value at $19.95 US for the Pro version).

Hope this helps............

Cool, so where do you guys live?

That way, when i manage to "borrow" your machine and go to web sites, all your details are there for me to use.

These programs are ok, but are such a security risk :)

Roboform is great! Now there is new version that support flash disk storage, which is great, I can use on every computer I need to... About security - U can use master password, so U will have to type only one (same) password every time

roboform is one of the few freeware/shareware applications I've actually purchased. I dont know what I would do without it. One of my essential internet apps.
