mcintosh
I just installed Windows XP with SP2 integrated with Nlite. The XP cd i used with Nlite had SP already integrated. The following problem: i can't get Kazaa to connect.....I don't know if this has anything to do with Nlite, but i think it has, can't think of anything else. The XP firewall is disabled, and other than that there's no antivirus application or firewall installed....Anyone familiar with this problem? Maybe a solution?Excuse the English i'm Dutch
aresgodofwar
i doubt you'll get support for a P2P utility here. MSFN stays away from pirating software.1. This is not a warez site! Links/Requests to warez and/or illegal material (porn, cracks, serials, etc..) will not be tolerated. Discussion of circumventing activation/timebombs/keygens or any other illegal activity will also not be tolerated. If you ignore any of the aforementioned you will receive a final warning. If you choose to continue, you will be banned without notice.
twizt3d
sp2's new firewall blocks kazaa, and the kazaa exe itself is not compatible with sp2, my sources tell me the hacked version of kazaa lite fixes this, but your on your own finding this, since sharmon shut it down, i dont support warez or anything, but I just wanted to clarify that kazaa does not work with sp2 at all. enuffsaid
If it says "...connecting...", and does so forever, you need to add more supernodes to Kazaa registry. That should fix your connection problem. It's got nothing to do with Firewall. Kazaa works fine here behind the Windows firewall.PM me for the registry fix. Don't expect a quick reply. I hardly drop by here anymore.

Confused Amused
I've found that if you turn off the Windows Firewall, and let Kazza (Lite at least) sit for about 20 minutes it will finally connect. From then on it's a instant connection like usual. It's just that first time it has trouble with.
