yeah, ok, this is really wierd then, it let's you use it, and it works on WinUpdate as well, I wonder..........hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm :)

Could be, but if someone stumbles upon it and releases the key, it'll just be known as another PIRATE key, though, so again, I wonder, and on that note, that's hypocritical of MS, bitching about how many pirated copies are floating around, you know?

I think blacklisting the key would be A LOT easier! :)

I have that key also. I don't remember ever seeing it during the betas though.

What's more strange is that this product key works but the copyright information at the top of the file:

(c) 1994 - 2001 Microsoft Corporation. All rights reserved.

It isn't a VLK, it's a Retail key. If you google it, it shows up all over the place.
