Clicking on the volume icon in the taskbar should open the volume mixer

Just like how clicking on the WIFI and Bluetooth icons open their respective menus, clicking on the volume icon should open up the volume mixer.

Yeah this was reverted as control center volume mixer does not actually allow to change global sound volume, that's confusing.
