BCM20702A0 Windows 10 64bit driver, card is Dell DW1560

Hello,
im strugling to find working Windows 10 64bit drivers for Dell DW1560 wifi + bluetooth card, Wifi is working fine, but bluetooth is the problem, im using it within Toshiba Portege Z20 notebook

Specs: https://techinfodepot.shoutwiki.com/wiki/Dell_Wireless_1560_(DW1560)

I bough this Broadcom card because of multiboot hackingtosh support and not existing Intel N 7265 Wifi WIndows 10 driver - i tried multiple of them and failed.

Strange thing is that Bluetooth device never showed in any OS (Win10,MacOS, Linux) or Hardware detection utility. Im not expert of these combo devices. I dunno where it could be a problem if its some HW problem on Toshiba side or sw issue.. Before it machine was Intel N 7265 Wifi+bluetooth card and it worked fine. All antennas - 2 of them are connected fine, i checked it multiple times.

Its normal that Bluetooth device is not autodetected? I read something about pin 20 which is blocking some wifi device to work, but at least my wifi is working fine, so it is not probably the problem. I tried airplane mode FN key to turn it on / off etc.. but nothing.

I searched some Bluetooth enable option in bios, but there is nothing..

Problem of drivers is that they are branded to Dell / Lenovo etc, so installers are failing to recognize the device, i tried to extract *.exe with 7 zip to get drivers *.inf?

Has someone experience with these combo cards? Its normal than Bluetooth device is not autodetected?

At least on some Broadcom WIFI+Bluetooth cards the Bluetooth part works as a USB device, so make sure you have working USB drivers, without them Bluetooth won't even show up in device manager.

Or maybe try different USB drivers.

I've had a HP branded Broadcom card working in Dell and Lenovo hardware so it should work with different brands as long as you install drivers through device manager

Device ID was in link above -  PCI\VEN_14E4&DEV_43B1&SUBSYS_00191028.
I would understand if there would be some unknown device in device manager, or if AIDA or HW or lspci or lsusb would report some device, but its completely silent.

In laptop was original Intel Wifi + Bluetooth combo, Intel N 7265 wifi card (dont mistake it with AC 7265 -that is fine, Intel naming sucks), but i have exactly same problem with it in Windows 10 and up to date Linux or Android x86.

USB3 3.0 drivers seems fine, i have to check if there are from MS or Toshiba (intel), but other USB devices are working fine.

I have very bad memory, so im not sure if with Windows 7 / Windows 8 bluetooth worked (bluetooth is in the machine specs), i think so. I switched wifi card because on existing Windows 10 driver. There some drivers which claim support of this card under Windows 10, but it never worked, even drivers from SDItool, there are for the same device ID, install fine, but there is always Code 10 on device... and on Linux its fine.

I also read that there is some problem with Wifi card pin 20 handling, that on some device you have turn on / off airplane mode to make them working, but its not case of my card. Solution supposed to be cover pin 20.. I have this problem only with Windows and in build 4G modem (its working in Linux without it), but not Wifi card.

Bios is quite simple some basic UEFI, no bluetooth option just on / off for wifi card and 4G in-build modem and souncard/ lan on / off. And some auto turn off Wifi card, when RJ45 is plugged in - i disabled it.

Also all antenas cables -2 of them are connected fine, there is not some 3 plug for additional bluetooth anthena or something like that. Not visible dirt in pci-e m.2 slot etc.

My quess would be that bluetooth module is dead, but its the same with 2 different Wifi cards, and one is original shipped with HW one.

So im simply looking for some explanation from someone who is more fluent in laptop HW and these cards.. Bluetooth stack for them for older Windows is quite huge.. but not Plug and Play appearance is strange, also not possibility of "ping" this HW with some diagnostic tool.

I also messages eBay card seller (+ other sellers of these card on eBay) to provide Windows 10 bluetooth drivers, you would expect that someone who sellers 500+ these cards would know, but i got only excuses. I bough it like 6 years ago, it could be some half dead card from RMA or something, you never know.

Im tired and quite busy to try this card with another Windows 7 machine, my Hasleo Windows 7 to go USB (is currenly broken too).. a already half killed Wwan - 4G modem simcard slot by dissembling this device too often :( I plan to order new Intel Wifi + Bluetooth combo Intel 8xxx something to make next try, but it would take some time to arrive.

Combo devices should work in Device Manager by just showing two separate devices. The WLAN which is the DEV_43B1 under Network, but a BT should show up as a separate device. If there is not BT section, it may appear under Other Devices (IMO MS made a mistake to make this icon white) or it may appear under System without a flag. A BT device usually has a HwID like VID_xxxx&PID_xxxx.

Well, there is really nothing except wifi..  That is why it is strange, i dunno if i could killed twice half of Wifi+BT combo card.. Its probably also not dirt on some pin twice etc.. And when one card is original one, its not even some black / white list.. I double checked it, even under System. Same on Linux.

In Windows in used driver for Intel USB 3.0 controller from Microsoft all other USB devices include - 4G internal modem works fine, if i plug in USB external bluetooth module it works fine too.
