Disable Driver Signature Enforcement in 24H2 build

The general tricks no longer work, with DSE Patcher and pressing F8 for the advanced start menu, it just reboots but doesn't disable DSE.

Any advice? Thanks in advance.

I am curious if 24H2 is the first version where these problems exist. Have you been using some unsigned drivers that worked in 23H2 and just upgraded to 24H2?

Yes. I had some Dolby drivers that worked fine until the "upgrade"

are you running Win11 24H2 on a modern UEFI system or non-UEFI (legacy bios) system?
modern UEFIs block unsigned drivers, especially on modern Intel based UEFI PCs with Intel PTT (platform trust technology) enabled

Yes. Didn't help.

Besides I'd like to disable it once and for all, not go through these hoops every time.

Modern UEFI.  I got it working by using EfiGuard.
