This error appear after reboot because you don't install net framework 4.0 yet . The next reboot the error will not appear to you in normaly case. Please install the latest extended kernel it make your system more compatible 1

Go to Manual Update, then write net framework in Search Keyword, this is the 1 labeled "Microsoft .Net Framework 4.0 for Extended Kernel(v2)" 1
