Most probably this guy decided to leave Github because sooner rather than later it will share fate of Skype.

I'm on dotexe's discord server, they explained why they left GitHub.

In a discussion, dotexe shared their interest in self-hosting their stuff to not rely on third parties.

So VxKex is available on their personal website (http://thrashnet.org/projects/vxkex/ / no HTTPS) with the source code hosted on their FTP server (thrashnet.org:21)

A new version of VxKex was released yesterday.
