Wilda Posted Thursday at 08:05 PM Posted Thursday at 08:05 PM Hey guys! Is there any way to make StartAllBack taskbar darker to prevent burnin on OLED displays? It would be amazing to have such a feature embeded...

snowlin Posted Friday at 03:45 PM Posted Friday at 03:45 PM Hello Tihiy Windows 11 25H2 and later will support built-in dark mode. However, the new dark mode conflicts with the dark mode in StartAllBack. Will this issue be resolved? Thanks!

I saw an AutoHotkey script somewhere a couple of years ago. Let me check. Here it is. It's a modified version of the original. Decide for yourself whether to use it or not. Or make the taskbar dark and/or transparent *and* autohide it.

duk6046 Posted 18 hours ago Posted 18 hours ago (edited) It occurs from a specific 24h2 build, old version SAB are same issues on current 24h2 build. there are no newly installed other apps. it seems conflict with a display environment. Edited 18 hours ago by duk6046

I saw that AutoHotKey script, haven't tried it yet but it seems like quite complicated workaround. I think these days OLED are quite widespread and having such feature directly in StartAllBack would be really nice to have :-) Also my screen from Philips has a "taskbar dimmer" feature in it but it doesn't seem to do anything for some reason, maybe it's incompatible with StartAllBack.
ftlsmslt Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago Hi. I've bought a licence for startallback a few years ago. I've reinstalled windows a while back and I cant use my licence. I get this error. Do i have to get another licence everytime i reinstall windows?
PoopTart Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago Is there going to be a feature where the Windows icon is in the dead center of the taskbar, and you can put icons on the left and right side of it?
