Yes, indeed. Personally, I think it's quite funny that Server 2008 SP2 never got IE11 support. If you purchased ESU, you will still receive Security Patches for IE9. IE9 was released in 2011. I don't know if it renders any page correctly in 2023. They should have updated the browser just like on Server 2012 R1 in 2020. Literally, patching a dinosaur 1
