It isn't a matter of compatibility.
Java is too invasive and i would prefer to use a dummy installation, but i don't have enough time to do it now.

Those ExcludeFromKnownDlls entries are corrupt!

Oops, it was just Opera Mini splitting the text very poorly.

Did you start with SP4. Try pinging google or 8.8.8.8 or do other browsers work. It does seem an internal error but I have had the same Opera error in WinME before and I think it was testing different WS2 files or closely related module in the parent call list. Dependency Walker.

This is an updated 2000 SP4.

Other browsers work normally, also Opera 12.02. I am writing with Firefox 10 now.

Dependency Walker doesn't show any warning. All else seems ok.
