I don't need any Windows store apps o Metro Apps , i use only Local Account with almost 3rd Party software (e.g Classic shell )

As an Administrator account, I have removed the Apps and Packages folder (I think they were in \Windows, but it might've been in \ProgramData).  I'm trying out this fxxmetro app, but it doesn't appear to actually speed up anything.  Although the Metro engine ain't running.

 

So , i only need to remove the apps and the packages folder from \Windows or \ProgramData

I believe so.  It has always worked for me without detriment.  Now if I turn off Classic Shell, I still get the charms and the start screen, but the apps are gone (besides in the Administrator account [which I rename], you can't run Metro apps anyway.)

Here's a script you can use to uninstall the new Metro apps:

This is how I removed all the apps using PowerShell:

Get-AppXPackage -Allusers | Remove-AppxPackage
Get-AppXProvisionedPackage -online | Remove-AppxProvisionedPackage –online

Note: There are a few apps that Windows will simply refuse to remove.

You can get rid of charms by renaming two dlls.

And, then, there's also Winaero Charms Bar Killer...
