Sorry I can't add any personal experience, I haven't had any problems with 1&1 so I've had no reason to research others

April 11, 200422 yr Author Ace-host actually isnt as good as I thought x_x you pay a lump sum of £60 at the start, £4 montly after that, and another lump sum when it expires. But they dont say that ofcouse.It was too good to be true =( Is there any hosts out there that offer the same kind of stuff? 2GB space, 60GB B/D, MYsql? But my dad can only get it if it's lump sum paid. =(

If you do not read it and understand it you will be in a world of hurt if you ever try to move. 2. There is NO such thing as unlimited. Do not fall for it. April 21, 200422 yr What about 1and1's TOS? I didn't see anything horribly bad in there- maybe I didn't look hard enough. Does it say like, you can't have your MySQL database if you move or something?
April 21, 200422 yr I currently have 1and1 and was about to switch to Powweb.com for my host.. but that jc-host.com is looking very good. Powweb has 1 plan only.. 1GB of space (1000MB actually) but 5GB DAILY transfer rate. $7.77 a month.
