RT7lite has nothing to do with Lastsession.ini file. That's nLite/vLite that uses those. We don't have anything to do with RT7Lite software (which is long gone).

Are you not aware that selecting / deselecting components and tweaking is all up to YOU? There is NO READY MADE LastSession.ini available. Do your own and test the result until you're satisfied with the outcome.

P.S. vLite does NOT work with Windows 7 ("v" stands for "Vista"). Sorry about that.

Nonetheless...

I want Free Beer, but I have to pay for it. Sorry, no prefab pictures. Take your own selfies.

Good luck to the OP in their endeavors to shrink it so small it does absolutely nothing. Better off creating a (dependable) VistaPE with WinBuilder.

vlite works with 7 RTM

... and also -with a few "tricks" - also with 7 SP1, that's the essence of the links I provided, including an example session.

yeh but its tedious :P

too bad vlite never got updated for 7 sp1, doubt theres much to change there when components are merely the same except few
