There's no doubt that, you need a Windows registry to clean and tidy.Also may be, that some file associations (file types as .exe etc are disabled or not registered) are disabled. This is typical when Windows is already damaged. Chances are you also have some of the damaged Windows system files.This is one of the most typical identifications, if something is already damaged.
