I managed to uninstall Aero Glass 8 but now when I start my computer the task bar just flashes in and out and everything else is black and it won't let me do anything. What the bloody heck am I supposed to do with that?

get a list of your needed programs and try a refresh, i dunno how it was in 80, but according to the guide you had to do some reg changes, try to undo them, maybe with that you dont need the refresh...

Yeah looks like I'm going to have to restore my pc. I guess I should be grateful, though, since I have nothing to do anyway, and nobody to see. But now I have something to do that will cause me to forget my sorry state of affairs.

A reinstallation, not counting updates requires only about 20 minutes of your time.  After you do that you can read all about aeroglass so you don't screw it up again.

Yeah, but updates and then updating to Windows 8.1 takes quite a while, and then arranging all the program icons on my desktop and stuff takes more time. I am glad though because I have something to do that will help me forget about girls for once.

BigMuscle:

I just used your DLL tool to bypass UXTheme signature verification and it's not

working in Win10 build 9860 with AeroGlass (Win10 9600_9860pre-1414186123) and a third party theme.
